La’Nisha Rene’ Townsend (Nisha) is a dynamic Business Coach, Marketing Consultant and Entrepreneur currently based in Atlanta, GA. With over 15 years of experience in brand building, strategic marketing, digital engagement, business development, and startup operations, Nisha has carved a space where creativity meets purpose—elevating both brands and the women behind them.

In 2009, Nisha founded LR Consulting Enterprise, LLC and in 2020 founded, LR Consulting Firm, LLC – a business coaching and marketing consultancy dedicated to helping women and mothers bring their entrepreneurial visions to life. Through LR Consulting, she has worked with celebrities, artists, agencies, media outlets, and publications—leading initiatives, hosting radio and talk shows, and driving awareness for both rising and established businesses. Her firm continues to empower women through coaching, branding, and strategic visibility.

Following her work in building and leading the Marketing Department at EspriGas. La’Nisha redefined the company’s brand, sales enablement strategy, and digital presence as their Marketing and Sales Enablement Director. She helped position EspriGas—a multimillion-dollar, technology-forward gas company—for scalable growth through compelling storytelling, strategic marketing, brand development, website design, and sales-driven campaigns that contributed to consistent year-over-year (YOY) revenue and channel partnerships growth.

But after years of pouring into her corporate career, La’Nisha made a life-changing decision—one that many women wrestle with. She chose to transition from her executive role to focus on what mattered most: spending quality time with her daughter and growing her own business. Today, she continues to serve EspriGas as their trusted marketing consultant—but on her own terms—proving that success doesn’t have to come at the cost of motherhood, purpose, or freedom.

Her background also includes impactful work as a publicist and magazine editor, contributing regularly to both fashion and business media. She has written for platforms such as Kontrol Girl Magazine, AGJ Magazine, and Polish Magazine, and is the published author of A Girl’s Journey reading book and activity workbook—a guide designed to help girls ages 13–16 build self-esteem with the support of their parents, community, or guardians. Through these platforms, Nisha continues to share her entrepreneurial insights and champion youth empowerment. Her passion for supporting the next generation led her to create resources for parents and educators focused on fostering confidence and leadership skills in teenage girls—work that reflects her unwavering commitment to creating lasting, generational change.

La’Nisha holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Post-Master’s Degree in Psychology and Human Behavior from Northcentral University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from American InterContinental University.

A proud advocate for generational wealth and women-led growth, La’Nisha is the Co-Owner and CEO of LM Investment Co., LLC which she founded with her mother. Focused on second-chance rental housing and foundational support, LM Investment Company empowers single mothers by helping them rebuild stability and independence, turning temporary setbacks into long-term success stories.

In another passion project, she launched Nisha & Nova Farm alongside her daughter. This family-centered farming and homesteading initiative teaches families, especially youth, how to grow food and sustain a garden—planting seeds of resilience, knowledge, and self-reliance. It also creates an opportunity for her daughter to learn leadership and community service from an early age.

Through all of her ventures, La’Nisha champions the power of family, the resilience of women, and the importance of creating lasting opportunities through education, entrepreneurship, and empowerment.
